At STRIPD, we stand behind every product we ship. If you're not satisfied with your order, we want to make it right. This Refund Policy outlines the conditions under which we accept returns and issue refunds. Please read it carefully before making a purchase.

30-DAY SATISFACTION GUARANTEE

We offer a 30-day satisfaction guarantee on all STRIPD products. If you are not completely satisfied with your purchase for any reason, you may request a refund or replacement within 30 days of the delivery date. No lengthy explanations required — your satisfaction is our priority.

To initiate a return or refund, please contact us at [email protected] with your order number and the reason for your request. We will respond within 24 hours with next steps.

ELIGIBLE ITEMS

Refunds and replacements are available for products that arrive damaged or defective, products that are incorrect (wrong item shipped), products that do not arrive within the estimated delivery window, and products you are unsatisfied with within 30 days of delivery.

Due to the consumable nature of our products, we are unable to accept physical returns of opened or used items for hygiene reasons. However, you do not need to return the product to receive a refund — simply contact us with your order details.

NON-ELIGIBLE ITEMS

Refund requests made more than 30 days after the delivery date are not eligible unless the product was damaged or defective. Orders where an incorrect shipping address was provided at checkout are not eligible for a free replacement, though we will do our best to assist. Products purchased through third-party retailers are subject to that retailer's return policy and are not covered by this policy.

REFUND PROCESS

Once your refund request is approved, we will process the refund to your original payment method within 5–10 business days. Processing times may vary depending on your bank or card issuer. You will receive an email confirmation once the refund has been issued.

If you paid via Stripe, refunds typically appear on your statement within 5–7 business days. If you have not received your refund after 10 business days, please contact your bank before reaching out to us, as processing delays can occasionally occur on the bank's end.

DAMAGED OR DEFECTIVE PRODUCTS

If your order arrives damaged or defective, please contact us at [email protected] within 7 days of delivery. Include your order number and photos of the damaged product and packaging. We will ship a replacement at no charge or issue a full refund — whichever you prefer.

LOST OR STOLEN PACKAGES

If your tracking information shows your package as delivered but you have not received it, please first check with neighbors and any secure package locations at your address. If the package cannot be located, contact us within 7 days of the marked delivery date and we will investigate with the carrier.

STRIPD is not responsible for packages that are lost or stolen after confirmed delivery to the address provided at checkout. However, we will work with you to find a resolution on a case-by-case basis.

INTERNATIONAL ORDERS

For international orders, please note that shipping times may vary significantly and customs delays are outside our control. We do not refund shipping costs for international orders that are delayed by customs. If your order is returned to us by customs due to unpaid duties or an incorrect address, we will contact you to arrange re-shipment (at your cost) or issue a refund minus the original shipping cost.
